California County News was launched in 2009 as a sister site to California City News. The publication is devoted to news, politics, and policy affecting California’s 58 counties and the key policy issues affecting County government – including mental health, public safety, homelessness, transit and more. The rapidly growing digital newsletter is distributed every Monday and Wednesday to more than 5,000 subscribers.

California School News

California School News is an online platform dedicated to education policy in California. Launched in 2015, the website and corresponding newsletter delve into issues impacting the state’s public schools, charter schools, colleges, and universities. The newsletter reaches 8,000 subscribers every Tuesday and Thursday. Issues covered include school board actions and elections, labor contracts, bond issues, budgetary matters, and state and federal regulations.

California City News

Launched in 2007, California City News offers timely reporting and analysis on issues affecting California’s 483 municipalities. The publication provides regular updates on municipal appointments and resignations as well as elections, policy matters, and breaking news. It is also home to the state’s largest local government jobs board, serving more than 1,000 openings each year. The publication’s corresponding newsletter is distributed every Tuesday and Thursday to over 15,000 subscribers
